When making a transaction

① Fabric and auxiliary materials will be provided free of charge by the customer.

② Please send us the specifications from the request page.
　　We will send you an email to confirm the contents.
　　Once the specifications have been finalized, we will provide you with a quote.

③ After the order is confirmed, a 50% deposit will be required.
　　We will email you a photo of the product before shipping,
　　Please check the details and if there are no problems, please pay the remaining balance.
　　We will ship your order after confirming your payment.

④ Normally it takes 14 to 21 days to create a sample.
　　*Please note that there may be slight variations depending on the season.

⑤ If there is pattern creation, grading, or marking
　　Both the fee and period will be charged separately.

⑥ We cannot accept any claims after delivery.
　　Thank you for your understanding.

Step 1

Request

Please send us your request details and specifications from the request page. If you do not have specifications, please download our form and use it.

Step 2

Meeting

Once we receive your request, we will contact you by email. We will confirm the details of the specifications through email correspondence.

Step 3

Quote

A quote for the sample you requested.

Step 4

Sending a deposit

Please send 50% of the quote as a deposit.

Step 5

Shipping of fabrics and auxiliary materials

Please send us the fabric and auxiliary materials according to the measurements we provided when we provided you with a quote.

Step 6

Sample Creation

We will make it at our own factory or partner factory in Vietnam. It usually takes 14 to 21 days to make it after receiving the fabric and auxiliary materials.

Step 7

Pre-shipment check

I will email you a photo of the product so you can check it. If there are no problems, please transfer the remaining payment.

Step 8

Shipping

Once the remaining balance has been paid, the item will be shipped to you. We cannot accept any claims after the item has been shipped.
