Building Bonds: Welcoming Dinner with Our Factory Team—and a Special Guest!

After Tet, the Vietnamese New Year, we always welcome new team members to our Mishow factory. This season often marks a fresh start for many.

Once the new staff settle into their roles, each team organizes a casual welcome dinner—our way of helping everyone bond beyond the factory floor. Participation is optional, but since the company covers the cost and the mood is relaxed, around 70% usually join in.

This year, the parties happened to be held four nights in a row, which left the factory manager a little tired!

Coincidentally, we had international clients visiting that same week. We invited them to join one of the dinners, and to our delight, they said yes.

For many workers, it was their first time meeting the people who receive the products they make every day. Held at a humble local eatery, the night turned into a lively karaoke party. At first surprised by the team’s energy, our guests soon joined in the dancing and laughter. Despite being on a busy trip, they stayed till the end and seemed to enjoy every moment.
