The Masters Behind the First Stitch

Have you ever wondered how a new garment comes to life? Before mass production begins, there’s one critical step—the creation of the very first sample. And behind that sample is a team of true masters: our Sample Makers.

At our factory, we often receive high-end orders where precision is everything. A single mistake in the first sample could lead to major problems during production. That’s why our sample team consists of highly skilled workers with years—sometimes decades—of experience.

Among them is a senior sample maker, whom we all respectfully call “Aunt.” She’s been sewing vests and blazers for many years, and watching her work is like watching an artist at her craft. No wasted movements, no hesitation—just pure mastery. When she finishes a sample, it’s nearly always flawless. It fits perfectly, looks perfect, and becomes the standard for the entire production line.

Every time a new worker sees her at the machine, their eyes light up in amazement. “How does she do it so fast, and so perfectly?” they ask. But that’s what experience looks like—precision in every stitch.
