“Delivery date = Promise” – The Core Belief Mishow Values Most

For us at Mishow, meeting delivery date is not just about schedule management. A delivery date is a promise, and keeping that promise defines our very reason for existence. Once we communicate a delivery date to our clients, we never break it on our side.

To make this possible, Mishow sets what we call the “real delivery date” internally. Many factories may create an earlier internal date simply as a buffer for adjustments. But at Mishow, that internal delivery date is not a flexible guideline – it is the true delivery date that we must meet under any circumstances. If extra work is required, we work overtime. If logistics are delayed, we pay additional costs to secure faster transportation. These decisions are not exceptions, but part of our daily operations.

In practice, material delays are not uncommon. When fabric arrives late at the port, we sometimes choose a more expensive shipping method to bring it quickly to our factory. From a profit standpoint, such actions may not always make sense. Yet we prioritize our belief that “Delivery date = Promise.” Because every single day matters – it protects the brand value of our OEM partners and, ultimately, ensures that consumers are not disappointed.

For our clients, strict adherence to delivery date is not just about product availability; it directly safeguards their retail operations. And when we picture the impact, it is not only the buyers struggling to fill their shelves that come to mind. We also imagine the disappointed faces of consumers who visit the store expecting a garment, only to find it missing. Many of the garments we produce are premium items, often chosen for special occasions. That is why we feel a deep responsibility to ensure that customers can obtain their garment on time and wear it on the important day they envisioned.

For Mishow, “meeting delivery date” means giving tangible form to sincerity and reliability in keeping promises. We will continue to uphold this principle and treat every single commitment as a bond that must never be broken.
