A cozy greeting to all my close friends! Long time no see—how have you been? I hope everything is going great on your end.

As always, it’s such a pleasure to have you here with us at Mishow Vietnam.

Have you ever wondered what a typical working day looks like at our apparel factory? Let me take you behind the scenes, starting with one of the most important moments of our day: Mishow’s morning meeting session.

This is not just any meeting—it’s the time when we carefully reflect on the previous day’s work and align our plans for the day ahead. Skipping it, even for a single day, is not an option because this meeting sets the tone for everything we do.

During this session, we determine our production targets and outline the actions needed to achieve them. Without clear goals, we wouldn’t be able to get anything done properly or on time.

You see, garment manufacturing is a step-by-step process. If one stage isn’t completed, the next stage simply can’t move forward. For example, if sewing isn’t finished, the buttons can’t be tied. If one department faces delays, the entire production line can come to a halt. That’s why setting specific plans and targets is absolutely essential.

The morning meeting is also the time for us to highlight critical matters and issues that require extra attention. It’s a chance to bring together different perspectives and unite everyone under the same goal.
