Monday - The first day of week at Mishow

Monday comes again, as it always does. The weekend passes quickly, and the sound of the alarm in the early morning reminds everyone that it’s time to return to work. Most people don’t like that sound much. However, at Mishow, it’s not our fear. In other words, Monday is something we welcome.

From around 7:00AM, the gate starts to get busy gradually. Motorbikes arrive one by one. Some workers bring breakfast — bánh mì, xôi, or an ice cup of coffee. They wave, smile, and ask each other simple questions: “How was your weekend?” “Did you go to your hometown?” “Is your baby better now?” These small greetings bring warmth to the early morning.

30 minutes later, the factory begins to move. Sewing machines wake up again. The cutting tables are full of fresh fabric. Cartons are waiting at the packing line. Everyone knows what to do. Not rushed, not slow — just doing their best. That's the worker's side. While at the office's side, they always have a mini meeting every morning with the Director. Each department such as: QC, Shipping, Purchasing, Lines,... their representatives report what they did last week and their plans daily.

During the morning break, someone shares a funny story, and laughter fills the air. A few workers bring snacks from their hometown after the weekend — chè, bánh bò, or a bag of sweet guavas. These little things help the day feel easier. On the contrary, some workers still feel a little sleepy on Monday. They seem not to recover enough energy after last 7 days ago. Luckily, it didn't last long. Finally, they also joined together with the funny air by other colleagues around them.

There are many special feelings about Monday. It’s not only the start of a new week — it’s also a chance to start again. If last week was stressful, Monday gives us a fresh page. If we made mistakes, we can fix them. If we do well, we can do even better.

The sound of machines mixes with the sound of quiet conversations — and somehow, that becomes the rhythm of our week.
