Saturday – The weekend at Mishow

Not the same as the previous blog which related to Monday, Saturday at Mishow feels a little different. It’s still a working day, but there’s something softer in the air. People walk in with lighter steps, and the smiles come a bit easier. Maybe it’s because we know the weekend is just around the company.

From early morning, the same routine begins: machines warm up, fabric gets rolled out, boxes are stacked. The factory’s mood is more relaxed. Workers talk more. A few people hum along while sewing. Even the team leaders seem a bit more cheerful. Some people bring extra snacks to break times, they said to each other “Ăn đi, nay cuối tuần, mai nghỉ rồi!” someone says with a laugh. The break time is funny together, now it becomes more and more. Just 10 minutes, but full of laughter, friendly teasing, and even plans for Sunday.

In the office, things are a bit busy. Some people try to wrap up, check paperwork, shipments, invoices and prepare for the new week. Some people clean their desks or update their notice boards. Everyone wants to finish soon and perfect, so they can start the next week fresh.

And when the clock hits the end of the shift, a quiet excitement fills the air. Some people have plans to go home to their families, some will visit the market, and some just look forward to sleeping in.

Whatever it is, we still focus on our work. Orders must be completed, quality must stay high, and safety is always important. So on Saturdays, we also take a moment to breathe, look back at the week, and say: “We did a good job.”

At Mishow, we believe that working hard also means knowing how to rest well. That’s why we value our Saturdays. Not just as the last day of the week, but as a day to finish strong, stay kind, and look forward to a new beginning.
