Learning Through Challenges
First, I asked a question: “What do you find most interesting about this job?”
One veteran worker shared her thoughts: “It’s a very tough and stressful job. I always keep in mind the principle of our company—Believe that checking will always find errors—a reminder our director emphasizes every morning meeting. Despite the challenges, what I find most fascinating is how this job helps me grow and overcome my limits every day.”

She continued: “Just like a finished shirt has to go through many inspection stages before being delivered to the recipient, we also need to face difficulties and pressures to become stronger and more proficient. Even when we try our best, mistakes can happen. But that’s when we get the opportunity to learn from them, improve and be more mature.” Her perspective filled me with admiration. It perfectly represents the working spirit at Mishow.
