When the Factory Seems Quiet, We’re Actually the Busiest

At Mishow, where we mainly handle light apparel, the busy autumn-winter shipping season runs until September. Once that rush is over, the factory may appear calm at first glance.
Yet, for us, October and November are not just the “off-season” but also the “season of preparation.”

During this period, we take the opportunity to strengthen our operations.
We review production efficiency, improve inspection flows, test new team structures, and recheck costs.
Behind the scenes, tasks that often go unnoticed during peak season become the driving force that supports future results.

For our sales team, this is also a crucial time.
While large-volume orders are rare, orders from existing customers keep the production lines moving.
We truly value these customers who support us during the quiet season, as their projects help us maintain skills and workforce until the next rush.
In this sense, the off-season serves as “a vital bridge to the next busy period.”

At the same time, we want our factory workers to refresh themselves.
To help them recover from the intense workload of the busy months, we offer one paid Saturday off per month, giving them time to rest and recharge for what’s ahead.

At Mishow, we don’t separate “busy” and “quiet” times as opposites. Instead, we see them as a cycle that sustains growth.
The success of the rush period depends on the preparation and improvements carried out before it.
That’s why we treat October and November as an investment in the future, making continuous efforts to grow as a factory.

“The quiet season is when we are busiest.”
That is Mishow’s philosophy of factory management.
