We had a week off due to the Reunification Day holiday, so there was a short break in our blog.
What a magnificent 50th anniversary celebration it was! I was truly inspired by the incredible energy of the Vietnamese people celebrating wholeheartedly.
Now this week, let’s switch gears and take a look at… a mysterious machine!
At first glance, it’s just a big box with a power light. It almost looks like you could put fabric inside and magically get a finished garment out.
So, what is it?
The answer: it’s a lint removal machine.
It's like a big dryer or vacuum cleaner. Inside, strong air blows around and removes lint from the garments.
Now you might think, “That’s it?” It doesn’t produce anything. But in a sewing factory, this is a surprisingly critical step.
When clothes are finished, they’re covered in lint—on the outside and even on the inside.
We absolutely cannot ship products in that condition. So removing lint is a simple but essential process.
In fact, leftover lint is one of the most obvious things a customer notices—and it can really ruin their experience.
That’s why this small task is so important, and also time-consuming.
This machine, however, makes it much easier. It’s like magic—just a few blasts of air, and the lint is gone!
So today we introduced a machine that might make you go, “What on earth is this?”
But in our line of work, it’s a game changer.
