At Mishow, we have a unique way of handling daily challenges: we narrow down the problems to just three.
In manufacturing, countless issues can arise every day (and this is true for almost any type of work). They may come from people, raw materials, or even machines. But trying to solve everything at once is not realistic. When too many instructions are given, staff at different levels of experience often end up confused. As a result, improvement takes longer—or sometimes doesn’t happen at all.
That’s why Mishow introduced a system where we identify the top three urgent issues and make sure everyone focuses on them. By aligning the entire team toward the same three points, we simplify our work and build unity on the factory floor.
Of course, other problems still exist. But once the most important three are resolved, the overall number of troubles naturally decreases. Then, a new issue takes its place, keeping the cycle moving forward in a clear and manageable way.
This approach has changed the speed of improvement across the factory. Whether it’s in sewing lines, inspections, or even office tasks, everyone can concentrate without losing focus.
For example, today’s sewing line points are: stains, fabric waviness, and left-right symmetry.
They may sound simple, but by sticking to these three, product quality rises significantly.
At Mishow, we believe that simplifying complex challenges allows every team member to stay focused, solve problems step by step, and ultimately deliver “products that sell.” This is our way of protecting our clients’ brand value through everyday discipline and teamwork.
