Caring for Both the Environment and Our People: Mishow’s Regular Inspection Report

This week, Mishow conducted its regular environmental inspection at the factory.
The focus this time was on two areas: environmental conservation activities and workplace condition measurements.
A specialist commissioned by an external inspection company visited our site to collect various data on the factory’s environment.

Measurements included noise levels, lighting, temperature, humidity, wind speed, dust, and CO₂ concentration.
Using portable instruments, the inspector skillfully moved through different areas of the factory, completing the task in no time.

Although the inspection was brief, it turned out to be a meaningful learning experience for our staff.
One of them commented, “Seeing the results in numbers really reminds us how important daily environment management is.”

The CO₂ level, which we rarely pay attention to, was about 590 ppm — a reassuring sign that our ventilation and air circulation are functioning well.
Such inspections are not just formalities; they are opportunities to objectively review how comfortable and safe our workplace truly is.

A clean and organized environment supports both production efficiency and quality control.
Checking these aspects through measurable data helps us reaffirm the foundation of good manufacturing.
The inspector mentioned that our canteen felt a bit warm — a small note that we’ll use as a point of improvement for next year.

There were also checks to ensure that workers’ tasks are physically manageable, such as confirming that no one is lifting overly heavy packages during packing.
Last year, we received advice to provide higher work tables to prevent back strain, and we have already implemented that improvement.
Step by step, we continue refining our workplace so everyone can work comfortably and safely, with more smiles every day.
